At Centered Strength, we believe that everyone’s story is unique and we will take the time to listen to you. Our goal is to collaborate with you, inspire you, and provide you with appropriate tools for injury prevention, recovery, and freedom of movement. You will work one-on-one with the same physical therapist every session, ensuring that you received personalized care for your specific needs.

One-on-one private sessions

All your appointments will take place without distraction in an environment that allows your story to be heard, your treatments uninterrupted, and your exercise observed only by your physical therapist.

In-person, remote, and mobile options

Our office is conveniently located in the 12 South neighborhood. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with telehealth or we can come to you!
